One of our IRAdv8105 while copying or printing the paper stops at the registration section and machine is running for more tha 5 minutes and it says print suspended.Any suggetions please

1-Do a Back up of DC Controller Settings > using Service Mode; Level 2 > Copier > Function > System > DSRAMBUP.
2-Then, Clear the DC Controller using Service Mode; Level 1 > Copier > Function > Clear > DC-CON.
3-Then cycled printer off/& back on.

4-Next, Restore the DC Controller Settings > using Service Mode; Level 2 > Copier > Function > System > DSRAMRES
5-Then cycled printer off/& back on.

CHECK YOUR OPERATIONS> for Copying > Printing

Clear the DC Controller Settings and input the Front Door Settings Manually back into the Controller.

I would upgrade the firmware.
Occasionally there is a mismatch between finisher and machine.
I had one doing some weird unexplainable jam stuff soon after I upgraded firmware.
Luckily a new version came out soon after, which fixed my problem.
If you have no new firmware, try downgrading and test.

Normally SUSPENDED is a clue about the finisher.
Is it out of staples.

Try to remove and reset the drum unit but still same and also checked the drum life its only 22k.

Any other possibilities..

Drum is new one,we change it two months before,after that it runs only 50k prints

Hi.

What is the jam-code ?

Thre is no jam code....When we are printing or copying the print just stops at registration section,and machine runs for 4 mins and it says print suspended.......no codes is there in jam history

How old is Drum_?

Drum is new one,we change it two months before,after that it runs only 50k prints
