Hello friends, I have some customers with a few Mf7470 that has a problem every time they print or copy. There is a message that come up saying Paper is not correct, change paper.
The correct sizes are set in the trays but yet still this message appears. then when i pull out the tray it continues but the message comes up again.
I have check to see if there is jammed paper but there is none. the tray switches are clear and there is no paper behind the trays.
Can anyone help with this problem.
