HI. Did not see a scanner section so I took a poke at the copier forum. see attached image for issue
I have 2 DR G1130 scanners that display extra black imaging on edges and typically only on 2 sides, simplex only, duplex side ok. was able to have some success on removing this extra imaging on some basic black and white documents with setting changes but anything with color or solid fill seems to create this add on. setting changes at " punch hole removal" and " black and white" color mode vs. auto can add, remove on some, or all together on other documents.
Has anyone seen this type of image issue. I have worked on many 7550, 9050, 3080 over the years and never run across this.
