    Ir5055 face down finisher jams

We have a Canon ir5055 in the field that has a finisher w/hole punch. When you make a copy that comes out face down it jams halfway in the finisher. If you change it to face up delivery, it passes fine. We are not using the hole punch function on these copies, just thought I'd throw that information out there. Right now customer is fine, we've just changed his default to face up delivery, but was curious if anyone else has had this issue.

Is the copy that jams face down like it's supposed to be? There is a white nylon arm on the back of the inverter guide in the delivery unit in the copier that can crack and not deflect paper down to invert.
