Ira6000 Series ETB Transfer belt life in field

How are these holding up for you? They are rated for 500k and I was wondering what kind of real world maint is like on this assembly. Please and thank you!
I know some like to walk to the back. There is a tech pub on that. Im interested in belt replacement time and rebuild of the assembly.

I have one right now with 750k on it at an insurance company...I'm replacing it tomorrow.

I have been finding that the plastic under the transfer roller will crack and it will no longer hold the roller in place properly....

At that point, replace the assembly. 5 min job.

Mine get more than their life. Some rip and some never rip. I don't carry one and usually replace when they look really bad. There is a mod kit for the belt walking. Put the setting on lowest and it works good. Easy to install. Don't have part number but comes in a mod kit.
