I am new to the forum. Can anyone help. I have a C1 reader which is working well except you are unable to clear a paper jam when one occurs.
The only method to clear the jam is to turn the machine off and then back on at the main switch on the right hand side. I have reloaded the latest firmware, set up sensors in service mode all set up ok, I have tried another control PCB along with a reader controller PCB fault still remains you can not reset a reader jam by removing the jammed paper and closing the covers. There is no reader jam codes the same in service mode stored, It does not jam frequently but is a issue for the customer having to turn main switch off /on and losing counts, and not great for machines hard drive. any help will appreciated.
