toner dots(black ,yellow) appearing in the printouts in the new machine (installed 2 days before )[ATTACH=CONFIG]32123[/ATTACH] ,replaced the drum issue resolved but is there anything to solve the issue without replacing .have a look on the attachment

did their location move on continuous copying

first yellow dots appeared so yellow drum replaced ,then next day black dots appeared so black drum replaced but dots are not moving from in its location while making continuous copy or printouts

same spot rules out dumping of toner rocks/clumps (from poor toner storage) from hopper/developer.


did u follow initial install procedure

try to wiped down the itb drive roller ?

inset-ymck is executed then inset 4
stir-ymck is executed then stir4
itb init is executed

then autogradion full adjustment with plain A4 paper
