    IPF8400 ink loading issue

HI All, I have a Canon IPF8400 that is constantly trying to load the ink into the print heads, but the only thing it succeeds in doing is filling the maintenance cartridge. It's on the latest level of firmware. I have also tried changing the print heads but this hasn't resolved the issue. Any help would be much appreciated.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thanks for that Blackcat, do you know what happened in the end, was it a main controller issue? or something else?

So far, they haven't called or showed up. Customer is even more crabby than before. If they wait too long it will fall back in my lap. =^..^=
