[Error Code] Canon MF 4010

Hi everybody.
I perceive an E225 fault code on that machine, and despite all my efforts to get it out, this code does not spell.
I do not know what can really be the solution to this problem.
Reason I request assistance from you.

Poor white balance detection


Moose peeled strip formats or dirty, clean the underside (white band) and reposition properly
