my canon Image Runner C1021 IF reportet error "E000001" immediately after bootup. It suggests to reboot or call a technican... reboot doesn't solve the problem! Always get the same error code.
Does anybody knows how to get rid of the error? Or at least what this error means?
How can I enter the service menu? * & 2 + 8 & * doesn't work
Any help would be appreciated!
