Ok, a case of RTFM :

Developing Assembly supply count is not reset when the Toner Container is replaced while printing is still possible

had the customer reset it in Adjustment/Maintenance :

In the case that the Toner Container is replaced while continuous printing is available,
warning message will not be cleared. To clear the warning message, select the
following: User Mode > Adjustment/Maintenance > Replace Toner While Printing Is Still
Possible, and then select the target color.

Right... It's always a bit different then an customer tells you on the phone. They called back today.

The printer sees every Magenta cartridge as "Allmost empty", i requested to shut the printer down, remove powercord and restart, she told me there was black(ish) toner on the powerplug in the machine...

So i guess the inside will be covered in toner, incl. sensors...

A customer with a iRADVC2020 got a 'Magenta low, replacement not yet needed' on the display.
They decided to replace the cartridge anyhow. Funny thing is, the machine tells them it's empty and needs to be replaced, a second cartridge does the same.
Putting the old cartridge back gives the 'low, replacement not yet needed' again... Customers says the shook the cartridge before placing it. can't think of anything they could do wrong...

I suspect two bad cartridges, so we will send a new one. But just curios, if that doesn't help, what could be wrong ?
Working...
