    Unable to Enter Service Mode

    1. Unable to enter service mode using *2 8 or *4 9. -----?
    2. Unable to enter download mode. -----?
    3. Unable to flash using a thumb drive.--------?
    4. Unable to enter diagnostics mode by holding down the 2 and 4 keys while powering up.------?

    All of the keys on the control panel are working and otherwise the machine functions normally. --------?



    The problem was found to be a stuck fax volume button switch.
    **Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

        Hi guys,

        i have the same problem with my c2220i. Tried to upgrade firmware online and instead seems downgraded it. Now network does not work anymore. Trying to upgrade from USB, however get following error:

        Standard partition update error
        Stoting updatelog

        Can anybody help?
