    If it runs without an error code I sure would look at the toner and make sure it is canon toner. If it isn't you would have to vacuum out toner from developer and sup hopper and install canon toner. If it does not fuse on one side look to see if the inner bushing broke on the upper roller or if the pressure roller bushings are bad. I have had all of that happen. not so much now with the pressure roller bearings pressed on.
