I have a machine canon IR 2545 when the print is always the message "The memory is full"

I had a different model (IR1025) that put everything in memory (scans, copy, everything). Check to see if you need to delete jobs in memory. Doing an all clear on that model fixed it. It clears everything so do a back up if you need to try this.

If copies & FAX go thru, and issue is with PRINTS only___
Check that the correct Driver is loaded and being used on the PC by operator.
