That what you are looking you will not find in level 3.Try with <Initialize All Data/Settings> <Yes> <Yes> and restart the machine.

Level 3 has nothing to do with Upgrade of Technology



DO NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES IN LEVEL 3 SERVICE MODE.
Only used for the E355 clear.

Even if you get there (Level 3) - there is not much to be understood. Just a bunch of numbers on a screen.

Myself - I prefer the level 4 (Magician Level)

you can clear fax log by clearing hd clear from 1-8( i think if memory serves) or go into factory mode for even more fun - fyi level 3 allows clearing of 355 and also activating/deactivating licences if you're brave enough
