    Imagepress C800 vs Imagepress C7000vp

    Hello!
    I have a dilema!
Cant choose between these two machines.
Someone know'em please tell me the goods and the bads.
    The cost, stability, quality etc.
I know more about C7000vp's cost but dont know enough to chose. Theorically i know them both.
I need to print business cards, book covers, calendars and many more. Need a 300gsm perfect registration duplex.
    Any help is appreciated.
    Thank you

You will get more Up time from the VP due to part yields. We have about 30 c800's in the field, and about 5 of those are being used for production purposes. We only see the customer for maintenance parts replacements. Drums, Dv's, Rollers, upper/lower fuser belts Etc. The VP's we rarely see. But when we do see them, it because something has gone very wrong!

From a parts replacement stand point, the C850 would be you best bet. (C850 has replaced the c800). Everything on this unit is pretty simple to replace; pretty similar to the c9000/9200.

From a parts Yield standpoint the VP would be your best bet. But remember, replacing parts can be a one day job, or a one week job.
