Very weried problem happend with me , machine at my customer called me its giving him remove paper from output tray but theres no paper turn of the machine then on error 540-8002
first thought the tall sensor the problem i changed it and same problem
Then changed the 1st tray also same problem happen .
so i changed the whole finisher with another one and same problem i wondered if the 2 finishers had the same problem .
the weried that the machine works around 300k some times more abd the 2 tray didnt move at all.
