    Canon ir avd 8105 e004-0102

    Hi!
When i was changing uppper fuser roller, wrongly i put wire of main thermistor in cleaning web sensor's wire and machine show E004-0102.
As SM said its a problem on IH POWER SUPPLY PCB ASS'Y.
I have removed all power supply but cant find by Canon codes which one is the one i need.
Part codes are different as SM, so i have thesepart numbers in my machine:
    FK27702
    FM4-1086
    FK2-6447
    FK2-7356

Which one do i have to change or repair.

    Hi,

According to your explanation, i would have changed the DC controller PCB.

The fixing power supply PCB (IH power supply) has the following number: FM4-1092-000.

        Hi,

Part numbers shown on PCBs may be different from the ones of the part catalog. I always take into account the Part catalog.

          Title :
          E004-0102 Error Code

          Error :

After working on the fuser unit, pico fuse FU15 on the Main Driver PCB (PCB 2) keeps blowing and causing error code E004-0102.

          Workaround :

For this case, connector J3202 for TP1 - Thermal Switch 1 and connector J3207 for PS45 - the Cleaning Web Level Sensor got switched around.

Connector J3202 is a 3 pin connector but only has two wires. Connector J3207 is also a 3 pin connector which has three wires.

Once the devices were plugged into the correct connectors of the fuser unit and the Main Driver PCB replaced, =====FM4-1083-000 Main Driver pcb
the pico fuse FU15 no longer opened up on the Main Driver PCB.

          Refer to illustrations below for further reference;
