I have a customer that needs a new ITB unit on a C3480, when we installed it the copier threw the E067 error. Checked the transfer roller spring, contacts etc, still wouldn't clear. Put the old belt back in and it is working fine. I know I need the 66.02 firmware version but I am not an authorized Canon dealer. Can someone tell me where I can purchase this. Thanks in advance.
