ir3300 won't print large jobs

I have a customer with 2 imagerunner 3300 copiers. One of them suddenly stopped printing large jobs. Any PDF with over 20 pages just dissappears. It not in the print log or anywhere to be found. The other 3300 will print any size document. Could they have changed a setting that I'm not aware of.....this evidentally just started happening about a month ago. Thanks for any ideas.

Try reinstalling the print drivers .
