ir addv c 5030 developer leakage

Dears ,

the weird that i have 5030i its leakage the starter all the colors except the blk , i checked all the developer assemble colors they changed to blk and then leakage , i wonder if some one face same problem, i changed 2 sets of drums and developer assembly and i lost it ,

changed Main pcb1 / Main Pcb2 / High Voltage PCB / Drum drive PCB and still the same .

Check developer bias tabs.
Make sure not pushed in and stuck in the housing not allowing it to make proper contact.

Note:
HVT2 is for Black Issues.
HVT1 is for the other Colors.

Thanks i changed the hvt pcb for the all colors and all the colors appeared just the yellow not. I have changed all the pcb"s board with the power supply and realy pcb and still the yellow appearin so so light.any one faced this before the werid that thr machine is just working 50,000 k

We are seeing this issue a lot but it only seems to occur when the customer is using compatible toner.

Did I check the bias tab for yellow ??

Thanks the problem solved by changing the blk hvt pcb beacuse there was a commection spring located on the left side of the machine (spring was stuck inside)
