    C2550 colored lines

Please see the attached image. Customer says this started today and has only done it a few times, so far it has only happened on prints, not copies. Any ideas?

Some kind of charge loss. On Kyocera's this is often developer spacers, or a broken primary transfer roller bushing. On Toshiba's it might be a broken post on a primary charge block, or a sagging grid due to a broken tensioner. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

sub boards can cause issues that do not have attached error codes
see attach on re-seating pcb's on this series --------------------may help

run some internal test prints ( pg6 grid and single color pg5 )

          1) Set the copy count, paper size, and pickup mode (single-sided or double-sided).
          2) Make the following selections in service mode: COPIER>TEST>PG.
          3) Make the following selections: COPIER>TEST>PG>TYPE.
          4) Enter the appropriate TYPE No. using the keypad, and press the OK key.
          5) Select the appropriate color using COLOR-Y/M/C/K (output at 1).
          6) Set the density using DENS-Y/M/C/K (valid only if TYPE=5).
          7) Set the image mode by TXPH
          8) Press the start key.
