    ImagePress C6000VP AB2 LTRR jam 1042

I have a imagepress c6000VP that when i try and run LTRR saddle booklets it keeps jamming with a 1042
10 42 PS101 Saddle inlet sensor When implementing the specified time of feeding since the lower path sensor was on, the saddle inlet sensor is not on.

I have tried 2 separate AB2 finishers with the same code? not sure if this might be a software issue? any help would be appreciated.
    finisher version 4101.0.0.0.0.0.0
    AB2
    Controller 9201.8203.7903

    1. Try Adjusting the Saddle Alignment Reference

    2. C7000VP / C6000VP / C6000, Saddle Finisher-
    AB2

Check PS106 in the Edge Stopper Assembly for proper operation.
    Replace the sensor if necessary.
Also, the sensor cable to PS106 in the Edge Stopper Assembly flexes up and down with the Edge Stopper and may have a break in the wiring as was found in some cases.
See picture below for cable location and part number, (Figure L57 in parts catalog).

Forgive me for not knowing how to set the Saddle Alignment Reference? is that part of the adjustments when replacing the finisher control eeprom? section 5 of the AB2 service manual?
I don't think this is a sensor issue because i have swapped with two other finishers. however all three of these have had finisher boards replaced and new eeproms. These all seem to work like normal except this issue with the paper coming down and stopping before it goes into the saddle folder area. Thanks

the LTR-R does run into both upper trays without issue. just looks like it stops at the buffer waiting area and jams before it even goes into the folder area.

Does booklet LTRR jam using print driver and a walk up test on control panel ?
