[CQ] Colors misaligned with each other - Ohio - Service Tech needed

Hello - We have a Canon IR Advance C9075. We have a problem with registration. We have replaced the ITB and ever since have had a registration problem. We ran the adjustment programs and tried several other things and it never gets any better. Any suggestions on what to try for this problem? Does anyone know of a technician in Ohio come to look at this machine?

    Thanks.
    Jan for Jake

No problem. The first is the test 6 grid, the other is test 10. It looks pretty good at the top but cyan gradually tapers into yellow. I'm sure there is a sensor somewhere that can detect this alignment, probably needs cleaning.

What settings you have made exactly?

Did you check what tipe of ITB you have? There were some problems with spring tipe.
         COPIER>OPTION>IMG-TR>ITB-TYPE(Lv.2) /60um (new belt): '1' or '2' /85um (existing belt): '0'

        Capture1.jpg

        Capture2.jpg

After executing service mode (Lv.1) COPIER>FUNCTION>INSTALL>
        INIT-ITB,
        execute Adjustment/Maintenance>Adjust Image Quality>
        Auto Correct Color Mismatch

        Adjust: COPIER>ADJUST>IMGREG(Lv.1)

Inspect the ITB transfer cleaner unit!

The itb sensors are to the right of the itb. I had to clean one the other day for color registration. Not exactly what you have. I took the entire assembly out. I tried to clean it in the machine and one of the white plastic covers came off and had to take it out. Machine had 1 million plus and was fairly coated. I think there were three sensors. It was a C7260 but I think they are the same. That fixed my issue.

Clean the patch reader. It comes out easy. Pull the black drum out and its right there. One screw at the front, connector goes thru a hole and is under side cover. If you changed the ITB and its NOW doing it, you messed something up..lol. White patch on itb on proper side(on inside, belt upside down). Run about 30 copies...if it gives a finisher jam on about 24th sheet itb is upside down. Make sure itb is installed correctly(plastic sheets, belt edge sensor, etc). Have you run itb init?

Check that you've put the ITB belt on the correct way as it has a patch underneath. It will work but can throw out errors. But will cause colour alignment issues.

The images are quite poor but from what I can see it's just the yellow that's out.

Have you swopped laser to see if the fault follows the yellow laser?
