[Misc] Canon iradv C5030 currency counterfeit protection

I have a bank customer that copies counterfeit currency to send with the original to the secret service. The requirements from the secret service is that the copy can be either 75% reduced or 150% enlarged. recently one of the bank branches are getting digital produced diagonal lines/ faded color in the copy. All other images are fine. No other branch is having this issue. Does any one know if there is a reset for this issue. I have a feeling someone forgot to adjust the size and that set off something in the copier

in my experience each check and or piece of currency will come out different. The copy ratio definatley helps keep the machine out of an error state, but i have found that the embedded color patterns will cause different results. there are also patterns printed within most checks that will cause the copy to come out weird, or completely black. i have tried different settings but it seems each piece being copied sometimes requires different tweeks. are they copying it black and white?

Machine has anti counterfeiting board in it. Every scan is compared to templates stored...any resemblance will cause diagonal lines, black square...depends on model. Why would SS want a copy of fake bill and not actual bill itself? Good luck...no help here
