    C-5045, Transfer Belt Streaks...

I am no Canon expert, so please enlighten me!

This machine has streaks coming from (what appears to be) a defective Transfer Belt Blade. I normally would not be inclined to replace ONLY the blade, but wanted some advice on what to do. Should I be replacing the entire Belt, etc. and rebuilding it all? Or just go with the Blade?

Also, is there an easy way to pull the Belt assy out, procedure, etc?

    Thanks in advance,
    OC

Just change the blade and make sure you apply powder to the belt and rotate it to lube the blade.
unless the belt is causing CQ issues leave it.
