    Canon IR C2880i ADF lead edge adjustment

    Hi all\

    Not a great deal of experience on Canons so wanted to check how to adjust the lead edge when copying from the ADF? You can see the edge of the paper on the left hand side on the copied page....

      Service mode (*28*)

      Then Feeder>Doc stop you can ajust this + or - usually in increments or 5 is enough.

          Check to see if it does the same thing from the other cassettes? Can be bad cassette side to side registration, just a thought, #1 tray notorious for that problem. There is also a setting in the settings area(for customer adjustment) for lead edge adjustment also.
