[Misc] Canon iR ADV 500 Prints Symbols

    Hello:

I have a custumer that sends documents to print in a iR ADV 500. They want to store the printed documents so I have installed PORT MONITOR (custumer PC - Windows) and MailBox Lite in the machine (Meap App).

The custumer connects to Remote Server to print some type of documents. The server emulates the driver installed in the custumer PC but the machine prints some strangers symbols (attached examples20170707111124.pdf) and prints direct (not to the mailbox) when they send from the remote server.

When the customer sends from Windows everything is fine, it prints correct and stored.

    I have done:

    - Desinstalled all HP, xerox, epson drivers.
    - Desinstalled PCL Canon iR ADV 500 driver.
    - Reinstall PCL Canon iR ADV driver. Change to UFR driver.

Do you have any idea what could cause the problem? Thanks.

that is ASCII code.. incorrect print driver or the file is not recognized by the printer.. try installing a PCL5e or PCL6 driver what windows operating system?
