Can someone please help me with this problem. I have advance c5051 and anytime i scan from the ADF it recognize the document as A5 but when i put it on the top glass it comes out ok. I tried changing the whole optical with another ADF it still gives the same problem. I need your help on the platform

what size is original document
Adjust the ADF tray Width
1. Service mode > FEEDER > FUNCTION > TRY-A4(TRY-LTR) > Set the Tray Guide with A4 size(LTR size) > Press OK key.
2. TRY-A5R(TRY-LTRR) > Set the Tray Guide with A5R(STMT/LTRR/LGL) > Press OK key.
Set Service Mode > COPIER > OPTION > FNC-SW > MODEL-SZ
MODEL-SZ= Fixed magnificaton & DADF original detect size.
Service Mode Lv.1= To set the fixed magnification ratio display and the original detection size with DADF. โ
It is set automatically at the time of installation of the Reader according to the location.
Adj/set/operate method
1) Enter the setting value, and then press OK key.
2) Turn OFF/ON the main power switch.
Display/adj/set range= 0 to 3
0: AB configuration (6R5E) for Japan,
1: Inch configuration (5R4E) for North/Middle/South America,
2: A configuration (3R3E) for Europe,
3: AB/Inch configuration (6R5E) for Asia, Oceania, South America
