Canon c5051 to much magenta color

Hello,

I have Canon c5051.

When I print with computer printer adds to much color magenta.
When I gave the other developing and drum is the same problem.

Change in service mode color on -8 magenta and cyan -5 yellow -3 gives a good picture.

What I can do more for solution problem?

Hi,

Are you using genuine Canon consumables?
Have you run autogration?

Yes, but before I has toner supply failure and dens was -7,3.
Regulation vcont-m in service mode is good way to solve problem?

I would replace the magenta developer unit & drum to resolve this issue.

I dont think so.
When i changed parts to other machine after initialize have the same problem.
I think machine have wrong values, tommorrow will be analized.
Machine have Regulation, so i give a try it.

hi..this is abit confusing..did you take ;parts to a diff mc and did the same or did you bring parts from another mc?if mc is giving you a -7.3(not enough toner in dev unit) in dens then the mc should go into E020 for magenta.did problem come when you replace any parts?pls load a pic of pg10 and a pic of print.
