hey everybody
this machine runs up fine, loads paper fine, cleans print heads fine & shows no errors - but it just won't print anything, not nozzle tests or any other test print
press print (nozzle test) paper moves, print carriage comes out to align with the peper, paper goes home and print carriage sits there for ages, then moves to centre and sits, then moves back to paper right hand edge and paper progresses a little bit, then carriage returns to centre and waits, then back to paper right edge and paper progresses a little bit - rinse & repeat a few times, then the machine cuts off a blank piece of paper
no error codes, ink is fine, went into service mode to initialise everything, attempted a firmware update but it's already on the latest version
