[Misc] cannot print automatically to size A4 use Ipad (AirPrint)

Dear All
My company wanto to implement printing from IPAD (airprint) to Toshiba e-Studio3008A.
The problem is, on some IPAD (version 11) the output cannot automatically to size A4
We have IPad in two version 10 and 11. On Ipad version 10 the result can automatically to size A4

Does anyone in this forum have this experience? And have solution to solve this problem?
