    Canon image press c-1 error code e0009-0001

    Can any one tell me what this error code is and how to fix this e0009-0001

      Iceman, check the decurler unit.Has it been taken off for any reason, or check the connections into m/c. This has to be on the machine for it to work.
      Oh...... I can't copy at the moment then ? !!!!!!

          E009 Error in relation with power supply

          0001 Error in detecting 24V connection of decurler

          Check the sub power supply code and the decurler's power supply



          The decurler unit has 2 plugs and an earth wire which plug in behind a small panel just to the rear of the decurler. make sure these have been plugged back in if its been removed.. otherwise you may need to look deeper at the power supply
