    Doing color mismatch fail

    Hi all
    Need help.
    Canon iR Adv C5035.
Printing color is double image but B/w was ok.
Attach here with PG6 and PG10 sample :
Doing the Auto color mismatch was problem ,it show "Auto color mismatch was stopped, start correction again,if error code continue to occur,
    contact your service representative."

Already change Registration sensor and SL1 unit and reseat all 4 drum unit and developer unit, but the problem still same.

i also follow this links to rectify the problem but still the same:IR adv C5051i Color Registration Problem

Hope someone can shed some light on it.
    Thank you in advance.

had same problem in a remote gold mine. the dust there was so fine and abrasive that I had to clean the shutter rail and the solenoid every visit because the shutter would stick in various places....

looking at your examples .. i suspect its the CK laser unit. you can test this out by swapping the 2 laser units around and see if theres a change in the pg10 test. or you can grab a laser unit from a different machine and swap it with the CK laser.

when you swapped the lasers around did the problem moved to from black and cyan to magenta and yellow if you do a PG10 test page ?
