Canon ir 2520 jam 0108

Wonder that Canon ir 2520 with extra cstand with finisher jammed on heater when printing 1 sided.

tried A4r same problem ,changed rollers, heater, clean clutchs work few days and the jam come again,this problem also happen with me at another costmer ,wonder if wet paper can make this but never happen with me in 1 sided jam like this.

Jam code 0108 is occurring.

Is the #2 Delivery Solenoid SL5 in the SECOND DELIVERY FRAME ASSEMBLY energizing. ???

If SL5 is held down in the energized position does the paper pass through fine to the exit of the machine.??

If not;
First replace SL5 , then check operation
May need to replace SECOND DELIVERY FRAME ASSEMBLY.

Try and reseat Connector J220 on the DC Controller PCB.
May need to replace Engine Controller PCB / DC Controller PCB

thank you , for ur reply i noticed today that the problem occur as u said on the soleiond cos i tried to put a small paper to keep it up the paper rasid up

The jam appeard 0109 instead 0108 ,i made everything the jam appear some times after 1 copy or print and some time it work normally , i tried 1st cast ,2nd cst ,bypass and same problem i replaced the unit that located above the duplex. And still the same need ur help
