I just recently replaced the drive assembly for the transferbelt. When attemping to perform the Auto Gradadtion, an error code (E000751-1003) is displayed. Also the customer called back stateing that a new error code ( E072003 ) is displayed and the copier jams. I cant find any reference on these error codes in the service manual. What are these error codes indicating?

Look at your codes a E751 is a toner system error or a memory write error.. the sub code you gave did not come up nor did the other code you gave ..I would check that the customer is right on the code that they gave you. and check connection on the boards... in the area you worked on with the drive asm... good luck..
