[Jamming] Canon Imagerunner Advance 8295 Jam

I have been struggling with a recurring jam code of 0212 at sensor PS35. Has anyone experienced this and what is the solution. I have replaced the sensor and feed rollers, checked for obstructions, etc.

Any help would be appreciated.

check on the sensor flags for better tension.
