Problem Finisher N1 Canon ADV 8205

    Hello.
I have a Canon NV Finisher ADV 8205 that delivers all the disorganized sheets. There is no error code or congestion. I point out that the problem is not in the processing area. I had the opportunity to put in another processing unit and the problem persisted. Can anyone give me a light? Thank you in advance for your attention and effort.

Thanks for your suggestion, bobburnsreb. I'll try to get results with your tip. Other than that, I'm somewhat convinced that the problem must be mechanical and physical, because the machine works perfectly in 70% of its use. The defect (the other 30%) has been intermittent. Usually the fault occurs after the machine has been idle.

I still can not solve the problem. I noticed that in A4-R the defect does not occur, but A4 does. The suggestion of the return roller had no effect. Many thanks to all for your attention and suggestions.

check the swing guide for anything thats broken .. i had to replace a swing guide to fix the same issue as what your having .. as you can see from the picture it had a broken cover and the white slider roller kept flapping around causing the paper to not be pulled back into the process tray properly and skewing the paper
