Hi... I have a Canon IRC2570 and it keeps powering off then on again every 5-10min. Seems like somthing is dragging the power-supply down and causing the machine to re-boot.
    Any help would be appreciated

I have heard that if the heatsink on the main board overheats it can cause this problem can anyone confirm. Thanks

There is a fairly common problem with the IR series when connected to a network. If your machine is connected check this setting. Go into service mode,
    system settings>network settings>TCP/IP>Multicast Discovery
it is on page 3 or 4, disable the multicast setting. Another issue you may have is a bad DIMM chip.
Is the glass half full or half empty? I say neither. The glass is obviously full, full of potential. The potential to hold more water or the potential to quench a thirst. Life is all about how you see it.

I believe checking and reseating the memory cards first, but most likely the hard drive has failed or is failing. Try reinstalling system software if the dimms/memory doesn't fix it. Then, if that fails, replace the hard drives.
