IR3245 jamming at entrance to delivery roller section
Canon IR3245 was jamming at entrance to delivery section. Notice one of the 2 small black delivery collar units was out of position
and causing jamming. It was broken so I removed it from machine and tried running machine without it. Ran about 30 page with no
jams so I told custome rI would order part and replace when convenientif still running reliably. Then I saw a post that seemed to suggest that
it was recommended these delivery collar units be removed from machines. Customer called this afternoon to say machine is jamming again.
Do I replace the collar when it arrives or take the other out as well. Customer says jamming is in same area. Part # is ff6-0345-000 .Frank
