Hi I have a Canon ir5065 when I make single side its working okey but when I do double sided it always jam at the registration when it is going to do the second printing what could be the problem

few things comes to mind, clutches, rollers, bearing in duplexer. are you sure its the duplexer?? sending one sheet only check to see if the sensors are clean by the transfer roller could be projecting a false jam there, lots of paper dust could be an issue. check those cluches, in the duplexer.
