Re: Canon iR2520 will not print over network
check to see if your new pc is talking thru the network, a anti virus program or anti-malware program could be blocking the port to the printer, try pinging it. i doubt its a driver issue.
sounds more like a windows issue.

Re: Canon iR2520 will not print over network
I have a huge problem with our Canon ImageRunner iR2520. It is installed as network printer a normally prints on my old Lenovo laptop with Windows 7 Pro 32bit sistem. But on other PC with installed Windows 10 1809 x64 there is no way I can make it to print anything, sometimes not even an internal testpage. Occasionally it does print some Word or Excel document but no chance to print PDF. But it only rarely prints something in Windows 10.
Have tried everything. Installed UFRII LT drivers (newest and older versions), have tried PCL drivers, tried to send data as RAW data and as LPR but nothing helped. Installed it as normal network printer using Standard TCP/IP port and WSD port, but to no avail. Network communication works normally and I can ping and communicate with the printer. I can normally configure it through an internal webserver. Printer has static IP address.
When I send some print job to the printer it beeps as everything printed OK but nothing actually comes out. The second I send the print job it instantly beeps as if the job was finished but nothing prints, no paper comes out. And in printer log file it states that everything went OK, no error. Only in some cases it throws an error NG(#853), but rarely.
I don't know what to try else. I think it is possible that there is some incompatibility with newest Windows 10 1809 revision, because just a few weeks ago everything worked OK on an older Windows 10 revision 1803. And then suddenly it just stopped. I think that after Windows update the problems started.
Can anyone help, any advice is appreciated.
Thanks!!!
I think that just wrong driver. Find correct driver : UFRII windows 10 64 bit. (don't use 32bit )
#853 Cause 1 The job could not be executed when you tried to print a large number of pages on the printer, due to insufficient resources. Remedy Reduce the number of pages to print, or execute the job again when there are no other reserved print jobs. Cause 2 When sending print data to the machine from a computer, the job could not be executed because it was canceled from the printer driver. Remedy Perform the operation again. Cause 3 The spool region for the received data became full and all the data from the host could not be spooled with [Use Spool Function] set to 'On' in [Network Settings] in [Preferences] (Settings/Registration). Remedy Set [Use Spool Function] to 'Off' in [Network Settings] in [Preferences] (Settings/Registration), and perform the operation again. (See "Communication Environment Setup.") Cause 4 The maximum received data size was exceeded when processing the received data. Remedy Perform printing again when all the jobs are complete. If you still cannot perform printing, check the sent data. Leave a comment:

Re: Canon iR2520 will not print over network
1. Try to remove Canon driver and install new Windows driver (Printers> add new printer ....)
2. Remove the latest updates from the windows to be sure. This is definetely driver issue. Also upgrade printer.Leave a comment:

Re: Canon iR2520 will not print over network
Check if driver is set as UFR II, within printer properties.
