It can happen.

When was the machine lasted serviced/cleaned? could be large amounts on toner inside the machine.

WHAT IS THE MAIN COUNT ON?

From your sample it looks like the dev unit is shorting to to the drum.

Replace the dev unit.

but it prints fine after some time may be after 10-12 blank pages ??
is this possible even when problem is with dev unit

when i start my machine IR3300 for the first time every day it does not print. it's happening since few days
it prints a BLANK page i even tried photocopy / print from computer and even its configuration print from its report settings.
all BLANK pages. in early morning or even when machine not used for 6-7 hours
(PLEASE CHECK IMAGE ATTACHMENT)
can someone track the problem

to eliminate the problem i'v even tried changing
PCR (Positive Charging Roller)
DRUM
but even though same problem persists
