Back from customer ! We'll see tomorrow if it does get better !
It does the same with a new paper (I took from our location to theirs)
Fusing is good & drums are 75% for BK & 53% CMY (from 0) with a genuine toner, we don't do use/sell/promote compatible toner
If it doesn't get better, I'll try to look on the ITB & the primary transfert roller

For the record, I followed some advice from MunsterTech, in SM Copier > Option > ENV-SET > DRY-CISU set to 1 (was on 0)
    Also replaced the part FK2-7296-000

Will edit if something good or bad happen in a few days

    Thank you MunsterTech & Phil B. !

Let's see where these suggestions gets you.
or just open a fresh ream and compare CQ/PQ.

yes wet paper can cause problems..

but what I am seeing is progressional fading..

assuming it is SEF i would suspect drum charge or failure in ITB or one transfer roller failing

another point you stated ' They said it happen mostly in the morning, when they power-up the printer and it can last for ~50 printings '

so IF it was powered off in a COLD/MOIST environment that could be an issue..

drums @ 100% is that life LEFT or USED?

Genuine Canon Toner? or compatible (< could be another issue esp in cold climate)

what are the pages on belt and fuser?

    total pages on pm parts.

    on machine?

Can't reach them right now so I don't know if they turn off the printer over the night, but i guess asking to let it powered-on over the night should reduce this effect ?

Also, never heard that there is a drum heater option. I will take a look at this !

It feel a little weird that you're so concerned about my profil.
Anyway, don't worry about me Phil, I don't need you to trust me or anything like that. I have a problem, and I am here to seek help. That's it

Do you have some information that you could probably add up to MunsterTech's one ?

Edit : figured out what you were sayin : updated my profile so it says "Tech" now
As for location, i'll let it that way
It's purely the fact you felt you NEEDED to put down false info. Do you not see that point?
Did you fudge info to get that job?
    Your house/car?
How do we know from now on you're telling us that facts on your next thread?
Sorry if you can't see the trust needed in situations like this.

looks like condensation on the drums, do they leave the machine on at nite? is it cold first thing in the morning when they turn the machine on, over the course of the day, does the CQ improve and gets better to its perfect? check your timer settings, turn on the drum heaters, little switch, keep the machine on overnite, make sure the automatic switch off is set to 0
