I've been trying to figure this out since yesterday. I am not a Tech, just working for a small company that is in a hard spot right now. The service manual that I downloaded says that E025 is an "Error in the toner motor" and 0000 "Indicates an error of Y developing assembly toner supply". One of the solutions suggests to replace the toner motor. When I went into Service Mode, I used PART-CHK to check the Yellow Toner Feed Motor and it tested "ok". I saw that there is a Toner Feed Level Sensor that could be dirty or faulty. I have no idea what that looks like or where it is located. Could someone send me a pic or schematic showing me where those are? Also, where is the toner motor? I removed the cover that is below where the toner cartridges sit and sprayed it out with compressed air but it really didn't look that dirty. Is that where the Toner Feed Level Sensors are? Any help would be appreciated! Also, I forgot to mention, I CAN PRINT IN B & W, it's just when I try to print in color that I get the error message. Don't know if it has any bearing on anything but all this started after I changed the Cyan Toner Cartridge. Thanks!
