Canon IRC3100N Can't print

this is informations:
Bootrom : 21.04c
NIB : yes
additional functions printing menu : yes
additional functions System menu : yes

I use the network connections..
looking no problem in the network connection..

" when i print from my PC, the data it going to the machine.. but is dissapear like that" ...
" when i check in system monitor in my machine..printing status is NG"

whats wrong????????
