    Locate and dust your paper sensor eyes.
    make sure paper size adjuster for tray 2 is locked at proper position.
    Examine pick up roller from tray 2, clean or replace as necessary.
    Depending where the paper is getting jammed at, take of all rubber pads off the right door. Several places like on each side of the guides. I can think of six pads that need to be removed. They are black and about 1/4 inch wide. Sometime they get sticky and cause the guides in the duplex area to not function correctly.

    looking at this i have cleaned the above mentioned sensors PS7, PS8 & PS9) situated on paper pickup PCB

    there is a flag sensor in the register, sometimes it does not switch correctly due to the spring

    i am facing a random jam on my canon IR3300 photocopier machine
    there is no paper in there, even both the trays (tray 1 & tray 2) are empty, even then i get a paper jam on my right side door
    for jam code please find the attachment
