Canon IR C2550 Print Pattern Problem

Hi,

71500 total page on this printer, trying to help a client, when they print in black everything is fine, when they do in color we got this pattern see image i know its hard to see (Magenta on top, Cyan bottom) same pattern on every page if they print in color

How can i check the drum life/parts on this printer ?

The client has put a new magenta and cyan toner without tellingme to try to resolve this issue, but the toner count didnt reset, do i have to do something to reset it ?

Im not a expert in these printer any help is appreciated

genuine toners? I believe it has magenta and cyan drum units running low or dirty

Maybe New Cleaning blade can fix that.

try to test every single color

if all had that same line
new blade for Transfer belt unit

and maybe just cleaning drum unit can fix it.

Genuine toner

It is hard to do the cleaning

I will do the color test on monday

It is normal the toner Cyan and Magenta didnt reset ? can i force it to reset the count

This is the info i have in service mode im totaly lost on this not really a copier tech still learning, is SPLY-Y the toner ? and Y-DRM-LF the drum ?

I think the magenta and cyan drums are scratched, you can do a copy and select a single colour (y,m,c)
