This can be a pain to solve but was an easy fix this time. There was no soiling of the sensors.
Drum toner port is packed. Magenta drum gear doesnt want to turn. rocked it and got it moving somewhat freely but then stuck. Root Cause
Toner pipe gear was also bound up. I worked that back and forth and vacuumed out at the drum port. Working. All part checks for the motor passed in this bound up condition.
Solution. Unbind drum dev screw. Vacuum delivery pip and unbind. Run test 10 will be light on op side Magenta. Run Stir 4. Quality restored!
