Hi, I went out on site to replace a toner cartridge in a Canon IR ADVANCE 4025 and once placed in the machine the toner door won't close, finally when I do get it closed you hear te cartridge feed but the machine won't detect a new Toner Cartridge it, keeps saying replace toner. Any suggestions?

Pull out the toner. Manually close the toner door as if the toner is already inside. Restart the machine. Install the toner.Practice makes perfect

If you want to close the toner door without toner bottle, press the guide on the left with your finger.Practice makes perfect

Went back out on site and saw the arm that triggers the hopper to rotate had popped out of place. Refitted back up and it worked fine. Thank you all for your help.Comment
